During Your Appointment
Basin Dentistry takes the time necessary to help all of our new and returning patients feel comfortable about their dental treatments and procedures. During your appointment,the hygienist will work closely with you to help answer any questions you may have. Digital x-rays will be taken, followed by an exam for tooth decay. Our office utilizes the most advanced dental technology allowing for gentle-touch exams, making your experience comfortable and informative.
After the initial exam is completed, measurements of your gums are done to determine the best method for cleaning for periodontal (gum) therapy. After the hygienist completes the cleaning, the dentist will then visit with you to discuss your oral health. The dentist will answer any questions or concerns you may have and develop a long-term treatment plan to ensure your oral health continues to advance to maintain a healthy, beautiful smile.
